BAMG, Inc. was established in 2006 by former U.S. Border Patrol Agents to meet specific law enforcement needs worldwide. Our management and training team has participated in worldwide law enforcement missions sponsored by International Narcotics and Law Enforcement, Dept. of State, Dept. of Defense and Dept. of Justice requiring us to analyze, evaluate, and assess law enforcement programs, Border Forces and their operations throughout Africa, Central and South America, the Middle East, the Balkans and Southeast Asia. In these venues we designed and implemented programs to improve and enhance the efficiency and the operational-organizational capabilities of border forces.
We provide qualified personnel with specialized skill sets and unique qualifications for government contracts, support and consultation.

RUDY AYALA – Director of Operations
A former Marine, Rudy has 23 years of extensive experience in Federal Law Enforcement with the Department of the Interior (DOI) as a Criminal Investigator and the U. S. Border Patrol where he was a member of the elite group, BORTAC. Rudy has operated in countries such as Iraq where he worked closely with U.S. SOF elements as well as in Central America on BORTAC missions. Rudy is also a recipient of the Medal of Valor and the Newton-Azrak Award.
NOEL A. ENGELS – CEO
Began his career in Federal Law Enforcement with the U.S. Border Patrol where he was a founding member of BORSTAR, proceeding to the Department of the Interior as a Supervisory Law Enforcement Ranger. Noel has spent years working with indigenous forces throughout Afghanistan and Iraq, operating in various law enforcement capacities embedded with MIL and SOF units. A recipient of the DOI’s Meritorious Achievement Commendation for 9/11 response and numerous MIL awards of dedication and appreciation during combat operations; Noel is also a former elite cyclist and triathlete, and holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Arizona.
